Business leased line guaranteed speeds & uptime

With a leased line, your speeds are guaranteed. We offer plans from 1Gbps symmetric (the same download and upload speed), and your bandwidth is dedicated to your business. Unlike broadband, you are not sharing capacity with neighbouring properties.

On a 1Gbps symmetric leased line, real-world speed tests typically show around 930–970Mbps. This small variation is normal and is caused by test method limitations and TCP/IP protocol overhead.

Once you request a quote, our team will review all available network options and provide the best-value leased line for your site. We will call or email you with pricing and contract specifics.

If you choose to proceed, we will schedule a site survey and start the delivery process. Please note that all quotations are subject to survey. Most leased lines include a £2,800 + VAT construction allowance toward installing the fibre. If the survey identifies build costs above this allowance, you can cancel the order without incurring any charges.

After the survey has been completed, the target delivery time is 60 working days. However, for straightforward installs with no complications, connection is often achievable within 2–4 weeks.

Leased lines come with a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We guarantee 99.9% uptime and a defined fault clearance time. If you have specific requirements, we can provide a bespoke quotation with enhanced service targets.

If agreed performance metrics such as speed, packet loss, latency, or uptime fall below the SLA thresholds, you receive financial compensation, typically applied as a credit to your account.

At no additional cost, we can provide a Ubiquiti UDM Pro or a Cisco C1101-4P router. The UDM Pro can be configured with a backup broadband connection for automatic failover if your primary circuit develops a fault. It also includes advanced firewall features and multiple LAN ports for connecting into your local network.
